Soar to the heights of all you can be.
Flying Leap

We are sisters, who despite taking different vehicles, ended up on the same journey and arrived at the same destination. Individually we have helped so many transform their lives. Believing that our combined knowledge and energy is so much more powerful than each of us alone, we have been guided to work together. We are Terri MacKinnon and Margie Derksen. Our passion is guiding you to become the Magnificent Being you are meant to be and giving you the tools to live your life to your fullest potential.

At our powerful workshops and retreats you will get to know someone very interesting – YOU. Learn about the power of your thoughts and the meaning behind your actions. Identify your values and what is truly important to you, and confront whether or not you are living within those values. Discover your own Truth - get in touch with the Divine in you.

How many of us have attended personal development seminars and workshops and come away excited, ready to make changes, only to realize that a week later we are living the same life as always? Well, it’s time to break that cycle. We help you step into and embrace the magnificence you know is there.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously
give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
